Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket or participating in Tenora. By registering for the event, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Event Registration
Registration is required to attend Tenora, whether in person or online. Attendees must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Your registration is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation has been issued by the Tenora team.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke registration where necessary, including in cases involving inaccurate information, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Tickets & Passes
Each ticket provides access according to the specific pass purchased. Access to certain sessions, workshops, networking events, or experiences may be limited based on ticket type, capacity, or additional registration requirements.
Tickets may not be duplicated, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Tenora.
Attendees are responsible for reviewing the details and access included with their selected pass before completing their purchase.
3. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, ticket transfers may be permitted before the stated transfer deadline.
To request a transfer, attendees must contact the Tenora team and provide the required registration details. Additional conditions or fees may apply.
Tickets may not be transferred after the designated deadline or once event credentials have been issued.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
All ticket purchases are subject to the applicable cancellation and refund policy.
Refund requests must be submitted before the stated deadline. Processing fees or other non-refundable charges may apply.
If Tenora is postponed, rescheduled, or moved to an alternative format, purchased tickets may remain valid for the updated event.
5. Event Changes
The Tenora program, speakers, sessions, schedule, venue, and other event details may change without prior notice.
While we aim to deliver the published program, Tenora reserves the right to make reasonable changes where necessary.
Such changes do not automatically entitle attendees to a refund.
6. Attendee Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the event.
Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or any conduct that compromises the safety or experience of others will not be tolerated.
Tenora reserves the right to remove individuals from the event without a refund if their behavior violates these standards.
7. Photography & Media
Photography, video, and audio recording may take place during Tenora.
By attending the event, you acknowledge that your image, voice, or likeness may appear in event-related photography, recordings, livestreams, or promotional materials.
